This is a place where you can casually enjoy a bowl of Jiro-style ramen. It's fun to buy a ticket and choose vegetables, garlic, caramel, and oil with a call. The crunchy vegetables, mainly bean sprouts, are nicely accented by the bonito flakes on top. The soup is moderately emulsified, rich in flavor, and surprisingly not too heavy, making it easy to drink. The thick, flat noodles have a good chewiness, allowing you to taste the umami with each bite. The well-prepared pork complements it well, making it a Jiro-style ramen that is easy to eat even for beginners.
