In a small shop quietly located in the shopping street of Kyobashi, the calm atmosphere is pleasant. There are both a counter and tatami seating, making it easy to spend time alone or with a few friends. The appetizer of mozuku seaweed in vinegar had a strong umami flavor from the broth, and its sourness was mild and easy to eat. The soft bone pork ribs grilled over charcoal were melt-in-your-mouth tender and full of aroma. The goya champuru, carrot shirishiri, and sea grapes all showcased the freshness of the ingredients, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. While enjoying awamori mixed with sanpin tea, we had lively conversations about Okinawa and spent a cozy time together.
