I felt a bit nervous about the old-fashioned exterior, but once I stepped inside, it was calm and clean. There are counter seats, tables, and tatami rooms, making it more spacious than I expected. The grilled chicken is perfectly charred, and both the salt and sauce are not overpowering, allowing the flavors to stand out. The stewed dishes, warm tofu, and tomato rolls are all delicious, showcasing careful preparation. The pickled vegetables and firefly squid in soy sauce provide a nice accent, making it easy to keep drinking. Enjoying well-chilled Hoppy and sake while being comforted by the relaxed and natural service helps me unwind.

The nearest station is Yoshinocho, and the interior is surprisingly spacious, with both a counter and tatami seating. It has a calm atmosphere with a black base, is clean, and feels comfortable. The grilled chicken is carefully cooked, with just the right amount of salt, and the sauce is mildly sweet and fragrant. Of course, the skewers like heart, negima, and tomato rolls are excellent, and the simmered offal and warm tofu are also very satisfying. The Hoppy beer is served in well-chilled mugs, and I appreciate that they ask if I want ice. It's easy to enter alone, and there's the fun of choosing pickled vegetables, chicken sashimi, and salad dressings, which makes you want to linger longer.
