From the store on the upper floor, you can enjoy a wide view of Matsushima's sea, which really lifts your spirits. If you sit by the window, you can enjoy your meal in a relaxed atmosphere while taking in the scenery. The appetizer fish dish is refreshing, and the flavors of flounder and salmon come through clearly. You can choose the soup, and the shrimp bisque is rich in flavor and very satisfying. The cold thin pasta is generously filled with shrimp, clams, and blue crab, and has a pleasant chewiness that makes it enjoyable to eat. The final crème brûlée has a fragrant caramel topping and a smooth filling, leaving you feeling happy even after the last bite.
