Orders are placed using a ticket system, and when your order is ready, you serve yourself rice, miso soup, and small side dishes. You can request no garlic, and you can also enjoy various cuts like liver. Takeout can be arranged by phone, allowing you to enjoy it at home, and it pairs well with beer.
