Canulée de Bordeaux! The restaurant was dimly lit and retro. The name was Canoulet, Most of the customers ordered canele. The menu is labeled "Cannoulet de Bordeaux," and you can tell from the name that the restaurant is very particular about its cannoulet. In fact, I ordered the canelé de Bordeaux with homemade lemonade. The beeswax around the canelet was crispy and the dough was rather thick. The inside was very chewy and delicious! The lemonade was first served with a low sweetness, and then we were told that we could add our own syrup in any amount we wanted. It is great that you can adjust the sweetness. ^)
