I was able to enjoy a meal slowly in a calm atmosphere. The tongue I ordered first was particularly impressive, with its flavor spreading as I chewed. The kalbi, harami, and liver also had great textures, making it easy to keep eating without getting bored. The lunch came with Korean seaweed, kimchi, namul, and seaweed soup, which provided a good overall balance. The stone pot bibimbap had a delightful crispy rice, and I could mix in the gochujang to my liking for just the right level of spiciness. The cold noodles and seafood sundubu were also flavorful, and I was satisfied with the rich taste of the soup.
