"Sharing Shiga's pride and seafood together. The main dishes are "Shrimp Beans" and "Wakasagi" which taste the season of Lake Biwa and "Lava Roasted A5 Omi Beef" which is the pride of Shiga, and carefully selected seasonal delicacies from the mountains and sea such as "White Squid" and "Sakura Yellowtail" directly from Oki Island. Finish off the meal with a bowl of rice cooked with sea bream and Seta shijimi clam soup, both flavored with Lake Biwa dashi broth. Please enjoy with your loved ones while leisurely discussing the nourishing flavors of the ingredients."
The main course is a special "seared nerve-tightened aged kanpachi and new princess sea bream sashimi" and "yakiniku teppan (grilled meat on an iron plate)" with an appetizing fresh sauce. In addition, a variety of delicacies from the mountains and the sea appear one after another, including grilled squid, scallops scented with butter soy sauce, Lake Biwa wakasagi tempura, and rare sweet summer corn tempura. After enjoying the sake snacks that make the most of the flavors of the ingredients, please enjoy the seafood takikomi-gohan (rice cooked with seafood), which is soaked with the flavor of the sea, for a very satisfying end to the meal.

This luxury is Omi's first. Enjoy the 'phantom fish' with a magnificent charcoal-grilled whole preparation! The Biwa trout, a native species of Lake Biwa, is called a jewel for its beauty and deliciousness. Grilled over charcoal, the skin is crispy while the flesh is tender. The moment you take a bite, rich and elegant fat bursts out. Please enjoy this exquisite dish, available only at Lion Maru, conveniently located in front of the station. 'Koka Biwa Trout Sasayuri' used. One fish 1,309 yen.
We have prepared sashimi of Biwa Masu, which is worthy of being called the treasure of Lake Biwa. Its flavor is surprisingly elegant and has no strong aftertaste, with a melt-in-your-mouth exquisite fat. Paired with this is Amai Ro soy sauce, aged in the climate of Shiga. The mellow richness and depth of Amai Ro greatly enhance the delicate sweetness of Biwa Masu.

The delicate sweetness of the eel meets the deep richness of the clam, creating an ultimate luxury available only during this season.
