The exterior has a nostalgic appearance, but the inside is bright and clean. It's delightful to be able to taste freshly made fish cakes from the factory at the back on the spot. There is a rich variety, including crispy tempura with a bouncy texture and whole octopus. The ones with plenty of green onions mixed in, those with chunks of old hen meat, and those made with asparagus from Sanuki no Mezame were also delicious. They accommodate takeout and shipping, making souvenir selection enjoyable. While gazing at the red brick building, I felt warm seeing the craftsmanship of the artisans and the kindness of the staff.
