When I casually walked in, it was almost full, and I could feel the local popularity. The fried horse mackerel that arrived first had a light and crispy batter, and the inside was fluffy and very delicious. The soba that came later had a gentle aroma, and its smooth texture paired well with the dipping sauce. The chilled tempura soba was topped with shiitake and pumpkin tempura, making it colorful and rich in texture. In addition to tables, there was a tatami room, creating a relaxed atmosphere. Overall, the flavors were comforting, and both my stomach and heart were satisfied.
