In a hidden bar quietly standing in a back alley of Susukino, the subdued lighting creates an adult atmosphere. Upon opening the wooden door, a counter and sofa seating spread out, and Japanese rock music plays, raising my spirits. The young owner is very friendly, making it easy to relax even for a first visit. The original gin and tonic has a prominent aroma of juniper and a refreshing citrus flavor, with an excellent balance of botanicals. The flat cheese snacks served as appetizers are rich in cheese flavor, making you want to ask for more. The sweet and moist plum wine and highballs are also abundant, making it a wonderful place where you can forget the time and enjoy the great combination of music and drinks.
