In a retro atmosphere, the interior has a limited number of seats, but you can spend your time in a relaxed manner. The thin noodles have a supple texture, and the aroma and subtle sweetness spread as you chew. The dipping sauce has a strong flavor, and adding soba broth makes it creamy and enjoyable. The duck dipping sauce has a pleasant richness from the fat, and the combination of tender meat and grilled green onions is excellent. There is a guide on how to eat displayed in the restaurant, so even first-timers can enjoy it without confusion. The location and parking space can be a bit hard to find, but the unique chewiness of the noodles is exciting.
