Oyster course for oyster lovers. All-you-can-drink carefully selected Japanese sake. Three kinds of snack appetizers, raw oyster salad carpaccio, raw oysters (or steamed oysters), grilled oyster cheese, and items to savor with oysters and sake are available at the same time as the toast. This course is full of volume and flavor, and includes popular large fried oysters, oyster takikomi-gohan (rice cooked with oyster), grilled chicken thighs with Japanese pepper, and after-meal sweetness.
