It was the long-awaited visit to SMAAK. The impressive scenery and the stylish space where one can enjoy a calm meal were, of course, wonderful. Above all, the sincere attitude of all the staff, their warm and friendly service, and their thoughtful consideration made for an exceptional hospitality experience. The presentation of the course meal was as beautiful as refined art, and the ingredients were excellent, especially the vegetables, which were very fresh and delicious. The sauces paired with each dish skillfully utilized Japanese ingredients while showcasing a well-balanced fusion of Japanese and foreign flavors, which I found truly moving. The pairing included a very delicious sake, and I was completely immersed in a comfortable and happy atmosphere during my birthday dinner. It has become a precious place that I definitely want to visit again.

It's been a while since I had afternoon tea. It was a little too early for me now and I got a stomach ache. It's a shame, because it was delicious. You can have as many refills and changes of drinks as you want, so it's good when you want to relax!

It is a cozy little Italian restaurant, but very delicious. The grilled T-bone steak, in particular, is full of flavor, juicy, and tasty. I think the prices are quite high compared to the town's steakhouse. It might be good for an occasional treat.
