The thick noodles have a nice chewiness, and the more you mix, the more the flavors come together, creating a delightful taste. The aroma of Sichuan pepper spreads gently, and the aftertaste is not overpowering, which I prefer. If you change the flavor with vinegar or chili halfway through, it becomes refreshing and offers a different way to enjoy it. At the end, you can add rice or tofu to the remaining ingredients, and I appreciate that soup is also provided.
