The interior has a calm atmosphere with only table seating, and it's comfortable to sit without taking off your shoes. Thanks to the reservation-only system, you can enjoy the food slowly with your companions. The first dish that came out, the white sesame salad, was smooth, and its gentle flavor spread, instantly capturing my heart. The grilled sardine dumplings and the miso-grilled butterfish, which are slightly unusual dishes, were also carefully prepared, which was surprising. Additionally, I was pleased with the flow that allowed me to finish off with sake soup and sea bream rice. When comparing several types of sake, each paired well with the dishes, making me want to keep drinking.
