There is a wide variety of takeout options, including salt soft serve, seafood rice balls, seafood parfaits, and buttered potatoes. Inside the store, there is a counter where you can enjoy the view of the park and relax while you eat. The Ishikari parfait bowl is filled with plenty of salmon and salmon roe, and it also contains eggs, providing a satisfying experience. The buttered potatoes have a rich flavor that pairs well with the salted cod, making it quite addictive. I particularly liked the combination of hand-formed rice balls with marinated salmon roe and akiaji (a type of salmon). The rice is Hoshinoyume from Asahikawa, which retains its sweetness and aroma even when cooled, and it pairs excellently with the ingredients.
