It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but you can relax at the counter and table seats. The nigiri served at the counter has small rice balls, and the harmony with the toppings feels great. The kohada with yuzu is very refreshing, and the boiled shrimp has a clear sweetness that leaves an impression. The salmon is thick and satisfying, and the sea urchin has a deep umami flavor reminiscent of broth. The sashimi, chawanmushi, and clear soup are all delicious, making it easy to keep eating. There are also table seats decorated with tea ceremony tools, adding a special touch to the experience.
