It's a style where you take off your shoes at the entrance, and there are counters and tatami rooms where you can relax. The staff allows you to choose at your own pace, making it a comfortable place. The Hakata oden served as an appetizer has a refined broth, and the daikon radish is deliciously infused with flavor. The boiled dumplings have a chewy skin with a light aroma of shiso, and the texture of the bamboo shoots is enjoyable. The pan-fried dumplings have a fragrant sesame oil that whets the appetite; they are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with a subtle hint of garlic. The cheese-filled fried dumplings pair perfectly with perilla leaves and are delicious even with salt, while the spiced taco dumplings go well with chili sauce and Tabasco.
