As a small izakaya renovated from an old folk house in Platinum, Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City, we have continued our community-based activities. Although we do not disclose our founding year, we cherish seasonal ingredients delivered from local producers and the fermentation culture that has been passed down, providing gentle dishes for the body. Today, as if drawn by the light, people gather, and warm moments flow.
