Exploration of stores that refuse to be interviewed Happy New Year! For our first meal out in 2020, we went to this restaurant, which was (supposedly) introduced in the TV program, "The Restaurant that Refuses to be Interviewed. In the afternoon of the 3rd, a while after the runners of the Hakone Ekiden (relay relay race) had passed by, I visited this restaurant, which is located along Daiichi Keihin. Ramen + medium portion + chashu pork + nori seaweed + egg (700 yen + 100 yen + 200 yen + 100 yen + 100 yen) I had already learned from Instagram that there is no spinach on the defo ramen, which is unusual for a family-style ramen. I considered ordering it with additional toppings, but I guess I don't want to pay to consume vegetables in the first place. w When the bowl arrives and I take a sip of the soup, I can feel the richness in the mild texture. I was so impressed with the first sip that I thought it might have surpassed my best Iheke Ramen restaurants in Tokyo, such as Laugh House at Azabu Juban and Menya Kuro at Meguro. The soup never gets boring until the end, and I finished it without using the garlic and ginger on the table (I did not drink it all). The noodles, which I ordered with a harder consistency, were just the way I like them. The chashu pork was a little dry and not my favorite, but still tasty enough! It is also good that the restaurant is open from morning till early morning, including New Year's Day, with no vacations! I'll go there when I have some free time.

Faithful to the basics! The impact of the pork bone is strong, but the sharpness of the soy sauce is good! Be careful not to add too much ginger, or the flavor will collapse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was in the mood for ramen, so I visited the restaurant at lunch time. I got the ramen with three sheets of nori, a piece of chashu pork, and green onions. The noodles were short and sticky, and the broth was well mixed with the noodles. The soup was based on pork bones with a hint of chicken fat, and was rich in flavor, but not cloying.
