Upon entering the restaurant, I am greeted with cheerful voices that lift my spirits. The clean interior and the white wooden counter are comfortable, exuding the warmth typical of a local sushi shop. The nigiri is arranged in a traditional Edomae style, with deep-colored red fish perfectly complementing the seasoned rice. The miso soup is fragrant with dashi, and the inclusion of sweet shrimp heads adds to the satisfaction. The counter often features freshly made thick omelets, and the octopus is also well-prepared. The chirashi is abundant with toppings, and I appreciate the bonus of collecting chopstick wrappers.
