The staff carefully prepares each piece, allowing you to enjoy every bite. The restaurant has a lively yet comfortable atmosphere, and the ambiance is lovely. The mackerel is moist and full of flavor, making you want to have another piece. The squid has a chewy texture, and the gentle sweetness of the sauce pairs well with it. The fatty tuna is finely textured and melts in your mouth, and the soft sweetness of the egg is soothing. It's also fun to choose from the rolls while looking at the menu on the wall, with the thinly sliced spear squid and the Dai San Gen roll being particularly impressive.
