The calm interior with a counter and tables is very comfortable. The warm hospitality of the couple allows you to relax even if it's your first time. The snacks, such as smoked cod roe and dried fish, are fragrant and pair well with sake. The sushi is made with sweet white vinegar rice, and the combination of flatfish with miso soy sauce and fatty tuna with green onion is impressive. The kohada (gizzard shad) with pickled ginger roll and engawa (flounder fin) with green onion roll are also enjoyable, and the harmony between the toppings and rice feels great. The daily recommendations are always reliable, and it's a warm place that welcomes families with smiles.
