The interior is a natural modern space where you can feel the warmth of wood, creating a comforting atmosphere the moment you enter. The flow of ordering at the counter at the entrance and then heading to your seat is easy to understand, allowing for a relaxed preparation. The popular koji chicken curry features tender chicken with a texture that falls apart, and the balance of the deep umami from the koji and spices is exquisite. Handmade pickles and crispy fried lotus root are served alongside, making for a delightful combination of colors and textures that keeps you engaged until the end. The coffee extracted using a press method is aromatic, and when paired with the chocolate cake made from rice flour, it brings a sense of happiness. With gentle dishes themed around fermentation, I felt that this café allows you to enjoy delicious moments while taking care of your body.
