The menu was a challenge. It is only in Japanese and there is no English translation However, with the Google translation app we were able to read the simple and short menu. . Everything else was excellent and extraordinary. The restaurant is beautifullike a carefully tended frended Parisian small restaurant. Table settings , china, and half curtain bistro windows were perfect. More than that, the food—every course, was spectacular. The soup accented with tiny chopped walnuts and the crab topped with fish roe were a masterpiece of culinary art. The Hungarian duck with honey and blueberry sauce perfect. Duck was not gamet but tenderand cooked to perfecti. The chicken was moist and tender with a crisp crust that was delicious. Salad unusual and delicious. Strawberry moose with marscapone left us wanting more. Red and white wines a real surprise like wonderful french burgundy.A genuine 10 dining experience like a michilein star restaurant. What an evening!
