I had lunch at this Western-style restaurant located on the fifth floor of the racetrack. Since only those with reserved seats can enter, it was less crowded, and I could relax at the table. The view of Mount Shinobu and the stands from the large window was pleasant, and it lifted my spirits even before the meal. On this day, I chose a combination of cutlet curry and consomme soup, and the crispy cutlet paired perfectly with the rich sauce. The gentle flavor of the soup added to the experience, allowing me to recharge my energy during the breaks in the races. Thanks to the quiet atmosphere and the extensive menu, it became a special dining experience at the racetrack, and I was very satisfied.
