First of all, Biangbiang noodles are chewy, thick, and long, and when eaten with tender pork belly, vegetables, and cilantro, they are irresistibly delicious. The ethnic aroma is just right, and adding a little vinegar makes for a refreshing change in flavor, which is also fun. The chicken salt soup noodles have fluffy noodles and plenty of chicken, providing a gentle taste that leaves you feeling full. The specialty braised pork fried rice has a wonderful combination of the chunky braised pork, the crispness of the greens, and the savory aroma of soy sauce, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. The grilled dumplings are larger than expected, packed with juicy meat, so each bite brings happiness. Including the sound of the dough being kneaded after ordering, and the lively, authentic atmosphere, I was able to enjoy my meal with excitement the whole time.
