The muffin dough has a texture similar to cookie dough, with the outer top portion falling apart, while the inside is moist. The sweet and sour taste of the kumquat and the mildness of the cream cheese are well balanced and delicious, with a mature taste that is not too sweet. The cookies and other items are also very tasty, so please stop by if you are in the area.
