It's convenient to quickly place an order at the ticket machine right at the entrance. The open kitchen is lively, and you can enjoy a calm atmosphere centered around the counter. Hiroshima-style dipping noodles have a soy sauce base with a fragrant sesame flavor, and you can gradually add spiciness, making the flavor changes enjoyable. The chewy, curly noodles pair well with the vegetables and chashu, providing satisfaction with every bite. The oil noodles have thicker noodles that are well-coated with sauce, with just the right amount of garlic, and are nicely balanced with a refreshing touch of lemon. The limited cold lamb dish features a cold soup made with shrimp and lamb that is mild in flavor, and the aroma is enhanced by cilantro and ginger, making it very delicious.
