This is a new omelette rice restaurant that opened in Gifu. The eggs are creamy, and the inside of the wrapped style is butter rice. It's nice that you can choose your own sauce and toppings, which go well with demi-glace. The hamburger has a handmade feel, and you can really taste the meat juices, making it satisfying to eat. There are set meals that come with salad, small dishes, and soup, as well as a drink bar, so you can enjoy a fulfilling experience. The seasonal tart for dessert was full of fruit and very delicious.
