The interior of the renovated house is calm and very relaxing. Since the food is prepared by one person, there is a bit of a wait, but the aroma of the freshly made dishes is delightful. The daily special of four types of fried dishes is hearty, and I was pleased that it came with two side dishes. The chicken nanban was not only topped with tartar sauce but also had plenty of vegetable sauce, and the chicken was surprisingly juicy. The combination of the basil-flavored batter and tomato sauce was aromatic and allowed me to enjoy a sophisticated taste. After the meal, a small pound cake and coffee were included, which left me feeling warm and satisfied until the very end.
