Let's start with pork! This Bakkoshi restaurant has been very popular since it opened and we have been curious about it! Since its opening in Juso, Bakkoshi-san in Kitahama, Bokkoshi-san in Namba, and Bokkoshi-san in Namba! Bakkoshi-san has since opened in Juso. Each of them has a different concept. Bakkoshi→Pork Bukkoshi→beef Bokkoshi→Chicken The base is different! It's interesting to see this kind of thing! Here in Juso, the base is pork and tonkotsu (pork bone)! Located a few minutes walk north from the east exit of Hankyu Juso Station. When I arrived at the restaurant, there was a wait for one customer. I decided to wait because I thought I would be able to get in without waiting so long if there was only one group. While waiting, I buy a meal ticket from the ticket machine right after entering the restaurant. The menu is displayed in front of the restaurant, so I looked at it and decided on the following I bought a meal ticket for TONKOTU and my partner bought a meal ticket for Kuroabura. After a short wait, our seats opened! The restaurant is long and narrow in the back, with only counter seats. Walk behind the people sitting at the counter and go to the back. Only at the far end is a counter that looks like it was added later. The warehouse is nearby, so there is no calmness as the waiters come in and out of the store After waiting for a while, it came! I got a white one! My partner is black! Contrasting soup colors! TONKOTU The soup is so white that it looks thick, so I wondered what it was like. And when I drank it It was so light and silky! There is no smell at all and it is delicious! The noodles are thin. They are so smooth and smooth, they go right down your throat! The pork chashu (pork belly) was melt-in-your-mouth melt-in-your-mouth! I don't like pork bone broth because it's too thick, but this one was just the way I like it!
