Soba to Koryori Kura

Our homemade soba is thoroughly committed to the three principles of 'freshly ground, freshly made, and freshly boiled,' characterized by its fragrant aroma and firm texture. In addition, we offer sashimi made from fresh fish, skewers grilled over charcoal, and daily special dishes that make the most of seasonal vegetables and ingredients, all while carefully adhering to the fundamentals of Japanese cuisine, with a focus on pairing with sake.

The interior, enveloped in the warmth of wood and subtle lighting, combines the tranquility and sophistication of Japanese aesthetics. The counter seats allow guests to enjoy the craftsmanship up close, making it easy for individuals to visit. Additionally, the sunken kotatsu private rooms can accommodate from 2 to a maximum of 16 people, designed to be versatile for various purposes such as business meetings, banquets, and dining.

"Soba and Small Dishes Kura" opened on February 5, 2020. Since then, it has focused on providing Japanese cuisine that blends tradition and modern sensibility, centered around freshly made soba and seasonal ingredients. Careful attention is given from preparation to finishing, striving to bring out the inherent goodness of the ingredients in all types of dishes, including grilled, simmered, and fried foods.

The dishes are crafted by a single artisan. Their meticulous work is reflected in each dish, allowing one to feel the depth of flavor.
