Located a little off the main road, following the sign brings you to a charming exterior that excites you. The interior features a dirt floor, an irori (traditional Japanese hearth), and a wood stove, creating a very calming atmosphere reminiscent of an old folk house with classical music playing. The handmade soba is characterized by its dark hue and strong aroma, and the uneven lengths enhance its rustic deliciousness. The duck broth melds the roasted green onion and duck meat's savory aroma, spreading umami with every dip of the soba. When you pour in the soba water after the meal, it transforms into a mellow soup, allowing you to enjoy it until the end. The staff members are quick and attentive, and I appreciated their careful confirmation of the rice portion.
