Located in a quiet place in the mountains, the old traditional house has a lot of character. Upon entering, the open space and thick beams catch the eye, and the flames of the wood stove enhance the atmosphere. The zaru soba is slightly thicker, and the sweetness comes out as you chew, sliding down the throat pleasantly. The dipping sauce has a strong umami flavor from the dashi, making it a perfect match with the soba. The duck dipping soba is also delicious, allowing you to experience the aroma of Hitachi Aki soba and the coarsely ground texture. After the meal, the soba-yu provides a comforting feeling, allowing you to slowly savor the unique aftertaste of this place.
