Summer is almost over. 😢 There are many foods that are in season in summer, but my favorite is unodan. ❗️ I had a bowl of fresh domestic unodan at Yanagibashi Restaurant in Haruyoshi, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City, which I visited before. ❗️ The price was 4000 yen:((雉'ωﾟ'): It was a trembling price for me, a commoner, but I wanted to make the last memory of summer in the Heisei era. I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not, but I'm sure it's a great idea. ❗️They are very different from the ones I had the other day❗️They have a slight sea aroma, a sweet taste, a slight bitterness, and a rich flavor❗️This day was a red cloud sea urchin from Karatsu☺︎It was like waves coming in one after the other😍I couldn't help taking photos from different angles☺︎They say the type of cloud sea urchin changes depending on the day's stock, such as horse manure from Hokkaido or other types of clouds. The price also varies from 4,000 yen to 5,000 yen depending on the day. I was not able to go to the beach, pool, or fireworks show this year, so I'm glad I was able to make some summer memories 😭. I wish I could be rich enough to eat this kind of food anytime I want.
