Japanese sweets available late at night @ Umeda | Happy eating good food! Eki Marché Shin-Osaka has reopened! I hadn't been there for a long time, but I went to check out the new store to see what was new. I hadn't been there for a long time, but I went to check out the new shops to see what was new! Namiho-an, a long-established wagashi store with its main store in Daikoku-cho! The store has been around for a while, but with the renovation, they are now selling wagashi along with pottery and have a slightly larger variety of sweets. The signature of this shop is the "Aburi Mitarashi" (aburi-mitarashi). You can buy one for 216 yen, and it is lightly roasted upon order. I love "Mitarashi"! When I see it, I want to buy it. I found myself standing in line! I only bought two of them this time. Was it like this? It seemed a little hard...was it just a coincidence? I ate it as soon as I got home. The main store in Okuni-cho has a café by reservation only, and I'd like to try it there! I've never had a chance to go there! I'm very happy to know that you can buy sweets here until 10pm, so I'm sure I'll stop by again! Thanks for the food!
