I made an appointment on a weekday and went. The waitress was very prompt and pleasant. Some people have given bad reviews, but that is not true at all. I thought it was a good store. After all, it is a popular restaurant. I heard that it is busy, and I thought that it might be more difficult on weekends. I think it might be more difficult on weekends. Especially on Saturdays and Sundays, it might be more comfortable for both of us if we come to the restaurant with a little time to spare. Thank you for the food!

We had the 15-piece fish sashimi, which was very tasty and generous. When we changed our reservation from 4 to 6 people, we were given a private room, and when we called to let them know we would be arriving earlier than planned, they accommodated us. We only reserved a table, but the service after ordering was smooth and very satisfying. Although it was in the opposite direction, we had a wonderful time, including a walk along the abandoned railroad tracks, rather than waiting in line for a meal in the Sakaimachi main street area.

Since it was a restaurant listed in the guidebook, I made a reservation and visited! I ordered the Uo-Masa set, but I felt sorry for the complicated order due to my family's different allergies. However, they responded very kindly, and I was truly grateful. The fish and rice were both large, and I was full! My family was also very satisfied, saying they had never eaten such delicious sushi before. Thank you for the meal!!

The sushi and dobin mushi were very delicious. The sushi was expertly shaped, to the point where I could feel the rice falling apart, and the balance between the toppings and the rice was excellent. The toppings were also fresh and large, providing a satisfying bite. The raw herring sashimi was rich and tasty. Since it was a menu item unique to Hokkaido, I was very satisfied. This has become one of the places I want to visit again when I come to Otaru.

I made a reservation during the Obon holiday! Everywhere was crowded, and Uomasa was incredibly busy! With my elderly mother and children with me... I thought it would be tough to keep them waiting, so making a reservation was definitely the right choice! I was looked at curiously by those who didn't know that reservations could be made. The sushi was impressive! The pieces were so large that I couldn't fit them all in my mouth at once! They were fresh and delicious, and I could see them being prepared, and the service was good. I even received a complimentary dobin mushi. It was all good things!

I visited after about 20 years. About 20 years ago, I came here for my honeymoon, and this time I visited with my family of five. The service was not as bad as some reviews occasionally mention, and the fresh and delicious sushi, with the right amount of vinegared rice to match the toppings, made for a very moving return visit. The children praised the sushi, grilled fish, and dobin mushi as incredibly delicious. We created more wonderful memories. Thank you very much.

The staff's attitude was very good, and the sushi was of course delicious. The fish was thickly sliced, and I thought it was a great deal with the addition of the dobin mushi (teapot steamed dish).
