The building has an appearance reminiscent of an old house, and from the moment you open the door, you are enveloped in a calm atmosphere. The interior, where the warmth of wood can be felt, is quiet and creates an environment where you can take your time to enjoy your meal. The staff are gentle and attentive, with careful arrangements of tea and chopsticks that bring a sense of comfort. The soba noodles are thin and have a smooth texture, and just a little dipping sauce enhances their aroma and sweetness. The fried items have a light, crispy coating, and the white fish and seasonal vegetables bring out the deliciousness of the ingredients themselves. The soba dumplings served after the meal had a gentle sweetness that left me feeling happy until the very end.
