I made a reservation and visited, and the restaurant has a calm Japanese atmosphere, with the interior and kitchen being very clean. Starting with an appetizer at the counter, the dishes flow pleasantly with sashimi, grilled items, and simmered dishes. Each dish has a well-balanced flavor, and the careful craftsmanship is evident. I was particularly impressed by the grilled silver cod with yuzu marinade, the steamed turnip, and the simmered anago (conger eel) from Hachinohe. The simmered soft-shelled turtle, tempura, tomato jelly, and the final dish of nyumen (thin noodles) were all delicious and satisfying. The service was appropriately attentive, and I was able to relax in a friendly atmosphere.
