It's a bit of a walk from the station, but once you enter, you feel a sense of calm in the atmosphere. The cozy interior centered around the counter allows you to enjoy watching the meticulous work being done. The fish is cut thick, allowing you to really appreciate the flavor, and the tuna is well-marbled and satisfying. First, the small rolls are served, followed by the nigiri in a nice rhythm, which feels great. The salmon roe, egg, red clam, and horse mackerel each have their own charm, showcasing the careful craftsmanship of Edomae sushi. The rice is slightly larger with just the right amount of elasticity, and I enjoyed it to the fullest.
