Mapo tofu has a spicy kick, with a moderate level of heat that makes it easy to eat. Garlic fried rice has grains that are fluffy and separate, and the texture of the thinly sliced garlic is pleasant. The fried chicken has a crispy coating while remaining moist inside, and you can adjust the flavor with pepper to your liking. The pan-fried dumplings have large, crispy wings and are visually enjoyable. The Taiwanese-style grilled gizzards have just the right amount of spiciness, making them great with drinks. The complimentary fried peanuts are a nice touch, and the eight-treasure stir-fry and pork ear cucumber dish are well-balanced in flavor, providing satisfaction.
