The small plate of soy-simmered shellfish, shrimp, and sea pineapple is carefully prepared, and the sea pineapple is surprisingly sweet without any unpleasant odor. The fried fugu is crispy and the fluffy white meat is delightful. The fugu sashimi pairs well with ponzu, and it's satisfying to enjoy the crunch of the skin, the lightly boiled flesh, and the grated daikon.
