The sashimi is firm, and the umami is beautifully enhanced by ponzu sauce. The fried pufferfish has a light batter, and the contrast with the fluffy white fish is irresistible. There are also crunchy skin and a bite of blanched fish prepared, making the change in texture delightful. The selection of sake is abundant, and since you can compare different types, you can enjoy the differences in aroma and sweetness.

There is a range from fruity options to crisp types, allowing for enjoyable comparisons of flavors. In the fugu course, the grilled carpaccio is fragrant, and it pairs well with a tangy dressing, crunchy vegetables, and a lingering taste of cheese. The small plate of soy-simmered shellfish, shrimp, and sea pineapple is carefully prepared, and the sea pineapple is surprisingly sweet without any unpleasant odor. The fried fugu is crispy and the fluffy white meat is delightful. The fugu sashimi pairs well with ponzu, and it's satisfying to enjoy the crunch of the skin, the lightly boiled flesh, and the grated daikon.
