The freshly fried beignets were crispy on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside, which was impressive. Even with plenty of powdered sugar, they didn't feel heavy, and I finished them in no time. The seasonal Mont Blanc version had a perfect combination of the richness of chestnuts and the refreshing taste of melon sorbet. The tropical mini parfait featured a well-balanced mix of coconut milk almond jelly and domestic pineapple, allowing me to enjoy both sweetness and aroma. Pairing it with drinks like lotus tea or chicory coffee enhances the fragrance and makes me feel happy. This shop is so charming that it makes you want to try various kinds.

The interior of the renovated traditional house has a calming atmosphere, and just sitting in the tatami room makes you feel relaxed. The freshly fried beignets are fluffy like donuts and have a very light texture. The coconut white chocolate beignet combines a toasty flavor with a gentle sweetness, making you smile involuntarily. The beignet adorned with ruby chocolate and freeze-dried strawberries is cute in appearance, and its refreshing aftertaste is impressive. The homemade ginger ale made with ginger from Nara Prefecture is not too spicy and has a crisp sweetness that pairs perfectly with the beignets. I feel that this lovely shop, located in a quiet area, is a great place to relax during sightseeing breaks.
