Okayama Prefecture: Sake degree +5, acidity 1.2, boasting a smooth mouthfeel and deep flavor of an extremely dry sake.
Okayama Prefecture: This is a sparkling sake that captures the carbon dioxide produced during fermentation, which is made only from rice and rice koji in a 6.5 bottle process.
