The counter seats are lively and create an atmosphere that is easy to enter even for one person. The hot pot is served in individual portions, and the piping hot earthenware pot is delightful. The Japanese food menu is extensive, and there is a proper selection of sashimi and grilled chicken skewers. I also encountered the famous pickled steak from Hida, which made me want to keep eating. The simmered daikon radish is infused with flavor all the way through, providing a comforting deliciousness. The homemade dried sardines marinated in mirin are rich in fat and fragrant, leaving a particularly strong impression.
