The style of grilling slowly over charcoal was enjoyable, and the aroma was irresistible. Orders could be easily selected from a dedicated terminal, and the variety was exciting. The offal had a pleasant chewiness and paired well with the slightly sweet soy sauce. The chicken skin and the crunchy (aorta) were also well-sized, and the charcoal aroma made them even more delicious. The cold noodles were thin and had a good texture, with a mild spiciness that anyone could enjoy. The restaurant was clean, the service was pleasant, and the food was served smoothly, allowing us to focus on the yakiniku.
