Various breads are lined up in a glass case, making it feel like a cake shop and lifting my spirits. The croissant has beautiful layers, and the contrast between its crispy surface and moist dough is delightful. The apple Danish has a light texture, and the freshness of the fruit shines through. The mountain-shaped bread is fluffy and soft, with a gentle sweetness from the wheat and a milky aroma. The French bread has a fragrant crust and a chewy interior, allowing me to fully appreciate the scent of the wheat. With a bright atmosphere and attentive service, I was able to calmly choose my favorite bread.
